I am having problems playing your games - what can I do to prevent this?

When I try to launch a game I get frequent connection timeout error?

What are virtual credits?

Virtual Credits are a non-cash value form of currency that allow you to experience online gaming with Play Mardi Gras. You can use virtual currency in our instant play.

How much are virtual credits worth and can I buy and withdraw them?

Virtual credits hold no cash value. They cannot be purchased. To qualify for additional virtual credits please review the terms of our current promotions page for more information. As they hold no cash value virtual credits can never be withdrawn.

How do I get virtual credits?

There are three ways virtual credits are given

  1. Registration: When you register an account, you are given a one time bonus of virtual credits
  2. Daily Login Bonus: Daily bonus credits are available to players who log in to an existing Play Mardi Gras account 24 hours after their last login.
    Please refer the bonus count down timer, available once you login to your account. This timer displays the amount of time left until your reieceive your next daily bonus.
  3. Bonus Code Promotions: As an existing player, you'll also often qualify for additional credits through promotions. Please check back often, as we are always updating.

What can I spend my virtual credits on?

You cannot use your virtual credits to purchase goods. Virtual credits can only be spent on instant play games at Play Mardi Gras.
